About the Open Call
Nawat Fes is a residency program based in the medina of Fes, Morocco. The program hosts a variety of artists including writers, visual artists, performance artists, and musicians. The current call is for residencies scheduled from October 2026 through July 2027. Artists are selected once a year through a formal application process that evaluates eligibility, project proposals, and alignment with the program's community and support structure.

Requirements
Open to writers, visual artists, performance artists, multidisciplinary artists, and musicians. Applicants must review all sections of the Nawat Fes website (Eligibility, Residencies, Support, Community, and Selection) before applying.
How to Apply
Applicants must complete the Google Form application (https://forms.gle/UMeMwsyHFLqdTNY7A) and pay a fee of 250 Moroccan Dirhams (approx. 27 USD). Fee waivers can be requested by emailing NawatFes.Applications@acamorocco.org for reasons of economic hardship or lack of access to online payment.
