Nature, Art & Habitat Residency (NAH R)
NAH R is an ECO-Laboratory of Multidisciplinary Practice located in the Taleggio Valley, Bergamo, Italy. The summer program aims to display a sensitive type of culture that relates to nature as a source of inspiration. For 2026, the program focuses on 'Minerals: Our (in)organic Roots', challenging participants to produce innovative interpretations of nature as a resilient but fragile resource. The program includes workshops, community exchange, and investigations into the local Alpine ecosystem.
All residencies are partially subsidized. NAH R CA and NAHR_IT June programs offer fully funded accommodation. Fellows are responsible for travel expenses, food, and production costs.
Open to multidisciplinary proposals from artists, researchers, and scientists. Projects should focus on deepening awareness of how humans can engage responsibly in shaping the future of natural spheres.
Applications can be submitted via the official website. Prospective fellows should read the web site pages for specific details on each residency program.
