Goethe-Institut
The Mishkal Art Residencies program, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Goethe-Institut, offers a two-month residency for emerging artists to develop projects that engage with Palestinian heritage sites. The program emphasizes sound-based practices, multimedia installations, and interdisciplinary approaches, providing artists with studio space, a production grant, and technical support at the Atheer Studio in Ramallah or other locations in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, or Gaza.
Free studio space, a production grant to support materials and project costs, mentoring, logistical support, and opportunities to showcase work in public events and exhibitions.
Applicants must be emerging individual artists or organizations working in audio and visual arts. The call is open to Palestinian artists residing in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, Gaza, or the Diaspora, as well as European artists. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
