PLAYA, PRAx and Spring Creek Project
This year-long fellowship program brings eight artists together to create work exploring migration dynamics of birds, mammals, plants, and people. Includes a cohort orientation at PLAYA in October 2026, an individual residency at PLAYA, and culminating public programming at PRAx at Oregon State University between September 2028 and June 2029.
Includes a four-night cohort residency, an individual residency at PLAYA, a $3,000 honorarium, professional documentation, and a public presentation opportunity.
Applicants must be based in the U.S., at least 18 years old, and available for the cohort residency from October 1 to 5, 2026. A work trajectory addressing environmental issues or place-based inquiry is required.
