About the Open Call

The residency program offers two tracks: Art & Tech and Art & Health. Selected fellows receive a $30,000 prize, access to fabrication shops at Newlab Detroit, research opportunities, and support from mentors. The program aims to foster transformative projects at the nexus of technology, health, and innovation. Applicants must be US-based, over 25, and applying as individuals.

Requirements

Applicants must be based in the United States, eligible to receive taxable income via an SSN, ITIN, or EIN, and at least 25 years old. Applications must be submitted by an individual; groups are not accepted.
