Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership
The Mandel Cultural Leadership Program is a two-year fellowship designed to support artists in honing their visions for creative and social impact, developing their capacity as agents of change in the Jewish community and broader society. The program aims to cultivate fellows' creative wellsprings, leadership capacities, and collaborative networks through seminars, advisory work, and stipends.
A $40,000 stipend over two years, five in-person seminars (four in the US, one in Israel), bi-monthly virtual meetings, and dedicated advisory support.
Open to artists and cultural producers (including musicians, visual artists, dancers, actors, writers, filmmakers, designers, podcasters, etc.) who have a desire to integrate Jewish themes into their work or address communal/global challenges.
