About the Open Call

We are seeking live art and contemporary performance artists, collectives, or companies with a home-based or situated creative practice to submit proposals for work-in-progress pieces to be performed via Zoom. Selected artists will receive a £1000 fee for development and presentation, along with mentoring and production support. The work must be new, unshown elsewhere, and up to 20 minutes in length. This is an open call for artists across the UK, with encouragement for those based in Greater Manchester and the North.

What is Offered

£1000 fee for development and presentation, artist development and access producer support, online mentoring session, performance recording, and audience feedback.

Requirements

Lead artists must have a home-based or situated creative practice. Projects must be new, unshown, and performable remotely via Zoom. Not for sole film or music-based work.
