LOORE (The Estonian Creative Residencies Network)
This Open Call provides seven 7-week residencies for Ukrainian and Ukraine-based artists and art professionals affected by the war. Hosted by LOORE network members across Estonia from March to October 2026, the program supports the mobility of creative people and promotes sharing of artistic resources. Artists will receive a 1550€ stipend, 250€ travel allowance, free accommodation, and studio access. Residencies can be attended in pairs or with family, though grants do not cover additional participants. Funded by the Estonian Ministry of Culture, the program includes unique networking possibilities such as visits, workshops, talks, and programs in various locations.
