Liverpool Biennial and SEVENSTORE
Liverpool Biennial and SEVENSTORE are collaborating to offer three bursaries to support artists whose work reflects on the lived experiences, civic rights, and community understandings of children and young people. The program provides £3,000 for self-directed professional development, research, and skills building. Recipient artists will receive support from the Liverpool Biennial team to develop a showcasing opportunity for their practice, which can be an informal sharing, screening, or digital post.
A £3,000 bursary, dedicated time with the Liverpool Biennial programme team, assistance with research and networking, and support for public showcasing.
Applicants must live and work in Liverpool, Knowsley, St Helens, Sefton, Wirral, or Halton and consider themselves emerging artists. The practice must be informed by the experiences of children and young people. Full-time students and individuals who have received a Liverpool Biennial bursary since 2021 are ineligible.
