Koro Productions Ltd
Koro Lab supports nine artists or companies with a comprehensive development package including training, mentoring, and seed funding between April and October 2026. The programme features four specific bursary tracks: Open Spaces (socially/politically engaged work), Wellcome Collection (health-inspired work), Marketplace (outdoor public space work), and Site-specific (location-based work). The lab is designed to champion underrepresented voices in the immersive theatre industry and will culminate in the biennial Koro Festival in May 2027.
A £2,500 bursary, two days of intensive training workshops (7-8 May 2026), one week of free R&D space, production mentoring, fundraising support, and a public sharing event with professional filming and photography.
Applicants must be migrant or Global Majority creatives developing immersive, interactive, or site-specific work.
