Autonomous Non-Profit Organization ART-PODGOTOVKA
The KARTINA MIRA competition invites young artists to explore the theme 'The values of my nation as part of the global human culture.' The project aims to provide a platform for cultural exchange and professional growth through three main categories: Painting, Graphics, and Digital Art. A special nomination, 'Inspired by Russian,' is dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the State Tretyakov Gallery. The competition culminates in a major exhibition featuring the works of 14 winners selected by an international creative council.
Winners receive an opportunity to exhibit at the State Tretyakov Gallery in Samara, professional recognition, and travel, accommodation, and shipping expenses covered by the organizers.
Open to students, graduates, and independent artists aged 18 to 35. Submissions must be original works created specifically for the competition between October 2025 and February 2026. Works on canvas or paper must not exceed 175 cm on any side, and digital animations must not exceed 3 minutes. Participants must have a valid passport for travel to Russia.
Interested artists must complete the online application form on the official competition website, submitting images of their work and required documents in either English or Russian by the February 16, 2026 deadline.
