About the Open Call

Kalakeli is accepting applications for its intensive movement arts retreats and residencies. The program requires participants to have the experience and capacity for over 6 hours of physical activity daily. A scholarship program is available exclusively for Indian nationals, covering full tuition for two awardees per month. Scholarship awardees must be available for all dates, including before and after the scheduled timetable, and are expected to attend all classes and workshops on a non-residential basis. Proof of financial status is required for scholarship consideration. Previous scholarship recipients are not eligible for re-application.

Requirements

Applicants must submit a completed registration form, a letter of motivation, and a link to a video demonstrating their movement skills (max 3 minutes). The program demands physical fitness for over 6 hours of daily activity. Scholarship applicants must be Indian nationals and provide supporting documentation for their financial status.
