The NewBridge Project
We are looking for a Communities Producer to work collaboratively with our staff team, neighbours and artists at The NewBridge Project. The role is a 1-year contract, beginning January 2026, with a likelihood of renewal based on funding. The Communities Producer will deliver our regular neighbourhood programme and support the development of new projects and longer-term public commissions as part of our wider public programme. This position plays a key role in nurturing relationships with community groups, local residents and partners, ensuring spaces and programmes respond to local needs and urgent social, political, and environmental issues. We seek candidates who share NewBridge’s values and commitment to supporting artists and communities, are enthusiastic, organised, excellent at project management, centre access and inclusivity, are good listeners, and communicate effectively. Salary: £30,160 pro rata (£18,096 actual for 3 days a week)
