Authors must register the digital file of their work(s) before 18:00 on April 10, 2026. Each participant may submit a maximum of two works. There are two ways to present the poster: A) PRINTING THE POSTER AT THE DESTINATION: The Biennial organization offers the possibility of printing the posters at the destination. Participants pay €15 per poster through a secure payment gateway to order the printing of the design on foam board (size 50x70 cm). Each work will be assigned a number and included in the exhibition. B) SENDING THE PRINTED POSTER BY POSTAL MAIL: Once the identification number of the work has been obtained, it must be included on the back of the printed poster for identification purposes. Posters must be sent to Bodegas Terras Gauda, S.A., Carretera de Tui-A Guarda, km 55, O Rosal, 36760 Pontevedra (Spain). Printed and mounted on foam board, properly protected, size 50x70 cm. The back of the poster must include: Identification number of the work, email address, and contact phone number. The shipment must also include an envelope containing the Author's full name, Copy of ID card or passport, Address, phone number, and email address. International shipments must specify on the package: No commercial value / For cultural use. All posters postmarked by the sender's postal office before 6:00 p.m. on April 10, 2026, will be accepted. If printing is ordered at the destination, all works for which payment has been completed before 6:00 p.m. on April 10, 2026, will be accepted.

Detailed instructions for both options, including required information and shipping address, are provided on the website. Digital registration and payment (if applicable) must be completed before 18:00 on April 10, 2026, and physical posters must be postmarked by the same date.
