About the Open Call

CICA Museum is hosting an international exhibition exploring issues of identities, activism, human rights, politics, and social struggles. The call is open to various media including photography, 2D digital art, video art, performance art, interactive art, sculpture, painting, and installation art. Selected works will be exhibited at the museum, with specific provisions for digital and physical formats, including curator-led installation and equipment support.

What is Offered

Selected artists will have their work exhibited at CICA Museum. The museum provides framing for specific sizes of 2D art and provides projectors/media players for video works. Note: If selected, artists contribute $78 USD (or 110,000 KRW) per piece for processing and maintenance.

Requirements

Open to artists worldwide. Physical works must not exceed 1m on the longest side (2D) or 1x1x2m (installation). Wall-mounted works must not exceed 10kg. Artists are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs of physical works.

How to Apply

Submit up to 3 direct links to video and/or up to 5 JPG images (100-500 KB recommended) and a bio to submission@cicamuseum.com. The email subject line must follow the format: 'Submission: Voices 2026 – Category – Artist’s Name'.
