About the Open Call

IlloBoom! is an internationally recognized competition dedicated to uncovering the next generation of illustration talent. The 2026 panel consists of world-class visionaries from publishing houses and design studios. Following the competition, an award ceremony and networking festival called the 'Boom! Celebration' will be held in July 2026, featuring digital projections and printed exhibits to connect illustrators with industry professionals.

What is Offered

Grand Prize includes a one-year contract with Illozoo (USA). Other awards include Merit Awards, Judge's Awards, Top 50 Honorees, digital exhibition showcase, and networking opportunities at the Boom! Celebration.

Requirements

Open to individuals aged 18 and above. Original illustration works must have been first published between February 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026. No restrictions on theme or medium. The use of generative AI tools is strictly prohibited.

How to Apply

Purchase a ticket (Single or Series) on Accupass, then complete the IlloBoom! Illustration Submission Form and upload artwork via the link provided on the ticket.
