House Work Presents
House Work Presents welcomes artists from across disciplines to participate in a one-month residency in Hackney, East London. The program supports experimentation, dialogue, and creative exchange by providing time, space, and professional development. The residency includes bespoke weekly mentorship sessions, dedicated studio space, a £200 production budget, and culminates in a professionally curated solo exhibition.

Open to early-career artists of all disciplines including visual arts, performance, writing, sound, and digital media. Applicants must be fluent in English. Note that the accommodation and studio are located in a maisonette accessible only by a staircase. Selected artists are responsible for their own travel and personal expenses.
Applicants must submit three supporting files (images, video, text, or documentation), a 150-word statement outlining the residency's benefit to their practice, and a link to their website or Instagram via the online application form.
