About the Open Call

HAPPENING is an Erasmus+ supported programme for emerging cultural entrepreneurs. The programme involves training, workshops, co-creation of digital tools, and networking. It concludes with a Youthpass certification. Candidates must be 20-35 years old and residents of Belgium, France, or Italy.

What is Offered

Participation is free. The programme provides training, individual follow-up, and covers accommodation allowances (€85/day) and travel grants for mobility activities in Brussels.

Residents of Belgium, France, or Italy (no nationality requirement); aged 20 to 35; comfortable working in English; motivated to engage in collective, reflective, and experimental processes; open to working in an international environment.
