About the Open Call

We invite you to explore what a goddess means to you. Your interpretation can be a mythological goddess, a spiritual or divine feminine figure, or a symbol of inner power, motherhood, nature, or personal transformation, or even someone in your life who embodies goddess energy. All traditional and digital mediums are accepted, including Painting, Drawing, Mixed Media, Sculpture, and Digital Art. Please note: We do not accept AI-generated art or video submissions. Benefits include: a Global Online Exhibition accessible 24/7 for at least one month, opportunities to win prestigious prizes including solo exhibitions, magazine features (up to 6 pages!), artist interviews, certificates, and a €250 cash award for the 1st prize winner. All participants receive broad promotion across Goddessarts Magazine's platforms (website, social media, gallery, newsletter), and a guaranteed feature in Goddessarts Magazine – Issue 19. Artists retain 100% of sales, with no shipping complications.

What is Offered

1st Prize: 250 € cash, Solo Exhibition, 6-page Magazine Feature, Interview, Winner’s Certificate, Promotion. 2nd Prize: Solo Exhibition, 4-page Magazine Feature, Interview, Winner’s Certificate, Promotion. 3rd Prize: 4-page Magazine Feature, Interview, Winner’s Certificate, Promotion. Finalists (approx. 30 artists): Group Exhibition, Certificate of Artistic Merit. Everyone who enters: Magazine Feature in Goddessarts Magazine – Issue 19, Promotion.

Requirements

Everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of background, experience, or artistic journey stage. All traditional and digital mediums are accepted (Painting, Drawing, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Digital Art). AI-generated art or video submissions are not accepted. Submissions require 6 high-resolution JPEG artworks (72-300 dpi, 3-4 MB, max 5MB) named with 'firstname_lastname_titleartwork_price' format. A short artist statement (max. 200 words) and 2 artwork descriptions (max. 150 words each) are required, submitted as a .doc file or in the email body (no PDFs). All materials must be sent via WeTransfer or Google Drive link to goddessartsmag@web.de. A non-refundable entry fee of 45 € is required for a valid submission.

How to Apply

Submitting your work is simple: 1. Select 6 of your best artworks in high resolution and good quality (JPEG only, 72-300 dpi, 3-4 MB, no larger than 5 MB). 2. Name your files correctly using the format: firstname_lastname_titleartwork_price (Example: jane_doe_goddessoflight_600€). 3. Prepare your texts: a short artist statement (max. 200 words) and descriptions of 2 artworks (max. 150 words each) including meaning, process, and inspiration. Send texts as a .doc file or paste them into the email body – no PDFs. 4. Upload all materials via WeTransfer or Google Drive and send your download link to goddessartsmag@web.de. Do not attach image files directly to your email. 5. Pay the entry fee of 45 €; your submission is only valid once the fee is received.
