Lavrak Circus
Lavrak Circus, in partnership with Start Thurrock, is offering 4 commissions for artists or companies creating or redeveloping 20-minute family-friendly circus work. The programme specifically seeks work that is visual, accessible, and flexible for outdoor environments. £2500 commission fee, 1 day of future programming support, 1 day of fundraising mentoring, 1 day with an access/inclusion consultant, and a professional sharing as part of Start Thurrock's summer programme 2026.
Work must be circus-based, approximately 20 minutes in length, family-friendly, and suitable for outdoor settings with limited tech. Applicants must be UK-based individuals or organizations with a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating or performing work and must possess Public Liability Insurance.
Applicants can apply using the online Google Form or by submitting a video/audio recording via email to info@lavrak.org. A plain text application form is also available for download.
