COMEX-ARC
FlowCCA launches its inaugural program starting online in May and culminating with an on-ground traveling festival in October. The project, supported by TACKLE, Avocats sans frontières (ASF) and the EU, focuses on reclaiming heritage and artistic resistance. The program includes weekly online mentoring and workshops for 16 weeks, followed by on-ground participation in a traveling festival between Marseille and the Tunisian coast, involving artistic production and public interventions. Themes prioritized include migration, heritage, and water.
Coverage of international and local travel, accommodation, modest per diem, and a €250 production grant per artist for new work or public presentation.
Applicants must be youth or young adult artists (18-35) based in the EU or Tunisia with a proven track record of professional artistic practice. Projects should ideally respond to themes of migration, water, or public engagement.
