Festival Grant

About the Open Call

Festival Grants support in-person, virtual, and hybrid festivals that are periodic, curated, and promote arts and culture. Eligible applicants include Arizona-based nonprofit organizations, local or tribal units of government, local arts agencies, tribal cultural organizations, and university/college departments. Grants range from $1,000 to $5,000 with no cash match required. Festivals must be publicly available, last at least one four-hour day, and span no more than two consecutive weekends.

Requirements

Applicants must be Arizona-based nonprofit organizations with tax-exempt status (or a fiscal sponsor), units of government, local arts agencies, tribal cultural organizations, or university/college departments. Applicants cannot apply for other Arts Commission grants in the same funding period.
