European Solidarity Residency
The project empowers early-career cultural professionals (CPs) from underrepresented or otherwise disadvantaged backgrounds by using the transformative power of solidarity in art. The program focuses on social inclusion, gender balance, diversity, and sustainable cultural practices across Europe. The 3-phase approach includes knowledge exchange, fully-funded 30-day residencies for 20 CPs (with specific inclusion targets for parents and creatives with disabilities), and dissemination through a final conference and the publication of an open-access ESR Reader. Each residency includes a stipend, accommodation, research facilities, and mentorship.
Fully-funded 30-day residency including stipend, accommodation, access to local research facilities, and cross-border online mentoring.
Targeted at early-career cultural professionals from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds, with specific priority given to parents and creatives with disabilities.
