About the Open Call
The E.SUN Art Awards 2026 invites artists to convey the natural and cultural beauty of Yushan or the power of music through oil, acrylic, or gouache painting. The competition features three categories: General Public (ROC nationals), Student (ROC nationals), and Foreigner (non-nationals). Shortlisted works will be exhibited at E.SUN Bank and winners will receive monetary prizes. Winning artworks will be inducted into the E.SUN Bank collection.
What is Offered
Prize money up to NT$ 1 million (for ROC nationals) or US$ 36,000 (for foreigners), certificates, 10 copies of the award-winning artwork collection, and exhibition opportunities.
Requirements
One original painting per person created and signed by the applicant; materials must be oil, acrylic, or gouache; dimensions must not exceed 72.5 x 91 cm (excluding frames); the work must not have been previously entered in other competitions or published.
How to Apply
Submit applications online through the official event website (https://esunartawards.com) by uploading photos of the entry and filling out the application form before July 17, 2026. Selected finalists must later submit original artworks physically for final judging.
