European Media Art Platform (EMAP)
About the Open Call
Subject to the final approval of the European Union’s Creative Europe programme, EMAP invites artists working in digital, media, robotic, and bio art to apply for a two-month production residency in 2026. The platform brings together 16 leading European organizations to offer fully funded residencies designed as intercultural and interdisciplinary exchanges. Beyond the residency, EMAP supports the visibility and circulation of artistic work through exhibitions, festivals, and conferences, acting as an international marketplace for media art.
What is Offered
Artist fee, travel support, production budget, free accommodation, and access to professional labs and facilities.
Requirements
Artists, artist duos, collectives, and artistic collaborations working in digital, media, robotic, and bio art.
