About the Open Call

The Eliza Moore Fellowship provides a $10,000 individual grant and a 2-5 week residency at the Oak Spring Garden Foundation for an early-career visual artist, literary artist, dancer, or musician. Fellows engage with the 700-acre landscape and the rare book library while pursuing independent projects. The program encourages interaction with other residents and staff through communal meals and optional activities.

Requirements

Applicants must be early-career, self-directed artists not enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in 2027. Work must address plants, gardens, or landscapes.
