About the Open Call
The Elf School of the Arts offers residencies lasting from 1 to 12 weeks between July and September 2026. The program supports a wide range of disciplines including Book Arts, Drawing, Jewelry, Music, Painting, Papermaking, Photography, Printmaking, Textiles, Weaving, Welding/Forging, Woodworking, and Writing. Accepted residents receive a private bedroom, studio space, and access to equipment free of charge. Residents are responsible for all supplies, consumables, and travel expenses. The facility features shared living and kitchen spaces with private bedrooms and studios.

Requirements
CV or resume, portfolio of up to 10 images or video links, residency proposal (max 250 words), and bio (max 150 words).

Applicants must complete the online Jotform application, providing contact information, a residency proposal, preferred dates, a professional bio, and a current CV. A portfolio of up to 10 images (minimum 1024 pixels) or video links is required, along with a $10 application fee paid via PayPal.
