About the Open Call
The East Central Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) Resiliency Grant is designed to help artists, culture bearers, and arts organizations respond to unexpected challenges or seize sudden opportunities. This flexible funding can support creative projects in any format, including online, in-person, or hybrid approaches. Examples of supported needs include equipment replacement, emergency travel, time-sensitive collaborations, last-minute invitations, pop-up exhibitions, or cultural gatherings. The grant is responsive, inclusive, and accessible to support creative expression in all its forms.
What is Offered
Grants are awarded up to $600. Applicants may receive up to three Resiliency Grants per fiscal year.
Requirements
Eligible applicants include individual artists, culture bearers, and 501c3 arts organizations located in East Central Minnesota. Projects must be new and not previously funded by another ECRAC grant.
How to Apply
Applicants must submit their request through the ECRAC Grant Portal. This requires creating an account with a username and password. The system allows applicants to save progress, upload necessary documents and media, and review the application before final submission.
