About the Open Call

Artists are invited to enter an original design that captures the spirit of the Kansas State Fair. The winning design will be produced for the Official Kansas State Fair Merchandise Booth. The contest includes both an Adult and a Youth division. Designs must include the year '2026' and the words 'Kansas State Fair'. A selection committee will choose the top 5 designs per division for a public Facebook vote.

What is Offered

Winning designs will be produced as official merchandise for the 2026 Kansas State Fair. Top winners in both divisions receive prize packages including gate passes, ride/food vouchers, and grandstand tickets.

Requirements

Designs must contain '2026' and 'Kansas State Fair'. Up to 3 entries per person allowed. AI usage is capped at 10% and must be disclosed. Must be original work never before published. Final design dimensions should not exceed 12” x 12”.

Email your design to info@ksfgf.org including: full name, mailing address, phone number, email, division (Youth or Adult), and any comments on your design including AI usage disclosure.
