About the Open Call

DART's DSP is looking for passionate and dedicated dancers to join our 10-month professional dance program in Berlin, Germany. Located in one of Europe’s most dynamic and forward-thinking dance environments, the DART DSP Professional Dance Program brings together artists from around the world who are eager to explore new creative territories, challenge boundaries, and grow both technically and artistically. Inspired by the innovative spirit of DART Dance Company, participants are encouraged to dream big, take risks, and redefine what is possible. The program focuses on professional and performance experience. Participants train alongside company members, renowned guest teachers, choreographers, and artistic directors, fostering a rich and inspiring creative atmosphere. In addition to the intensive training, dancers gain valuable on-stage performance experience, the possibility to apply for internships or paid positions with prestigious companies and theaters, a professional photo and video shoot, assistance in building their professional portfolio, and the opportunity to perform with DART Dance Company in both existing repertoire and new creation processes. What is Offered

Requirements

Passionate and dedicated dancers. Application requires CV, improvisation video, and ballet video.

How to Apply

Please send your CV, an improvisation video (no longer than 5 minutes) uploaded to YouTube WITHOUT PASSWORD, and a ballet video (no longer than 10 minutes) consisting of 4 short centre exercises (pirouettes, petit allegro, grand allegro) uploaded to YouTube WITHOUT PASSWORD. Send this material to dartaudition@gmail.com. The DART team will make a pre-selection based on the online application material. Applicants will be emailed whether they have passed for one of the in-person auditions by no later than the 14th of January 2026. Selected candidates will be provided with more detailed information such as the audition schedule and route description to our audition studio.
