Turner Contemporary
The residency supports original, in-depth curatorial research towards up to two Turner-related displays at Turner Contemporary. The appointed curator will develop new research directions, challenge established narratives, and explore the town's ongoing cultural, social, and environmental significance. The role includes mentoring from Dr Amy Concannon and participation in research symposia.
£5,000 fee (inclusive of £2,200 research travel allowance to the Yale Center of British Art), mentoring, and access to research events.
Targeted at early-career curators or researchers. Requires ability to develop new research directions and demonstrate originality/methodological approach.
