About the Open Call

Cultural Horizons Mentorship program invites cultural professionals from Europe and Ukraine to support selected grantees through peer-to-peer mentorship. Participants receive training on effective mentorship in inter-cultural settings and join a professional network. This opportunity includes an hourly expense allowance for mentorship activities.

Requirements

Proven professional expertise in designing and implementing cultural/artists projects; residency in the European Union or Ukraine; proficiency in English; adherence to principles of inclusivity, gender balance, and diversity.
