London Arts and Health and the Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance
London Arts and Health, as part of Thrive LDN’s London Mental Health and Climate Coalition, are launching six commissions for Creativity and Wellbeing Week 2026. The festival theme is 'Critical Hope' (for acute times), seeking to explore intersections of climate change, mental health, creativity, and culture. We are seeking to fund six events: four within London and two nationally within England. The project prioritises underserved and marginalised people to address health inequalities and equity.
£750 payment (80% pre-event, 20% post-event), a supportive online development session, promotion and marketing through festival platforms, and support with creating event assets.
Must deliver the event in person within London or England between May 18-24, 2026. Applicants must ensure attendees complete project monitoring and evaluation forms. Proposals must speak to climate change and mental health themes.
Applicants must first become a free member of London Arts and Health. Applications are then submitted via Jotform. Alternatively, applicants can submit a video or audio recording (max 5 minutes) answering all form questions to info@londonartsandhealth.org.uk with the header 'Application to Creativity and Wellbeing Week commissions'.
