Covert Literary Magazine Issue 6

About the Open Call

The sixth issue of Covert Literary Magazine, guest edited by Roy McFarlane FRSL, Fawzia Kane, Gemma Weekes, Remi Graves, and Alinah Azadeh, is seeking original submissions on the theme of Water. This issue is part of the 'Downs to the Sea' program. Submissions are open to original poetry, fiction, non-fiction, drama, audio/visual pieces, and artwork.

What is Offered

Successful contributors will be offered a fee of £35 per person.

Requirements

This callout is only open for Black, Asian and ethnically diverse/BPOC writers and artists. Submissions must be original. Written entries must be in .doc or .docx. Audio/visual pieces max two minutes. Visual art in .png/.jpg/.jpeg format.
