CASC grants support projects with an arts or culture focus in any artistic discipline. The program aims to celebrate diversity, recognize Indigenous rights, and support racialized artists. Eligible projects include community-engaged art, festivals, celebrations, parades, and artistic creation or production. The grant provides up to 75% of cash expenses for projects starting between July and December 2026.
Grants range from $2,500 to $15,000, covering up to 75% of cash expenses.
Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, charities, registered co-ops, and local First Nation Band Councils. Collectives and individual artists from equity-denied communities may apply through a sponsor organization. Projects must be based in Vancouver or led by Musqueam, Squamish, or Tsleil-Waututh Peoples.
