About the Open Call
The Cedars Union Cohort VI is an 18-month program for artists dedicated to community, professional development, and artistic practice. Members receive access to micro-studios (64-200 sq ft), professional facilities (fibers, printmaking, ceramics, woodshop, computer labs), and participate in workshops, critiques, and exhibitions. Applicants must be 18+ and live within 75 miles of the facility. Selected artists begin the week of August 31, 2026.
What is Offered
18-month micro-studio residency with 24/7 access to tools, equipment, and community programming.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside within 75 miles of The Cedars Union in Dallas, Texas.

Apply via the Call for Entry (CaFÉ) portal by submitting a personal identification form, CV, bio/artist statement, statement of intent, and diversity statement along with 5 work samples.
