About the Open Call
The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences (LBIF) invites New Jersey artists to submit work for the 'Coast' exhibition. Eligible mediums include drawing, painting, hand-pulled prints, photography, mixed media, and wall-hung 2D crafts (clay, glass, metal, fiber, wood). Work must be original, created within the last two years, and not previously shown at LBIF. All works must be for sale, with a retail value under $7,500. Awards include cash prizes for first, second, and third place, and honorable mentions.
What is Offered
Exhibition opportunity for selected artists with cash prizes of $500, $250, and $100 for top three entries, plus three honorable mentions.
Requirements
Artists must be 18 years or older and residents of New Jersey. Work must be created within the last two years and not previously shown at LBIF. Must provide a resume/bio/statement that includes county of residence.
