About the Open Call

The City of Light Festival, scheduled for Sept 25 - Oct 3, 2026, invites artists to submit light art installations. The festival focuses on utilizing the urban environment, such as green areas, building walls, and lake landscapes. We are seeking temporary installations that can withstand outdoor conditions. Proposals from international artists are welcome, and the application must be submitted in English or Finnish.
