About the Open Call

The CICA Art Residency/Internship Program 2026–2027 provides artists with a shared studio space, basic tools, and a one-week solo exhibition in a 44 square meter gallery space. Participants work 14 hours per week, primarily assisting with children's programs and museum events. A monthly grant of 800,000 KRW is provided. Participants must secure a valid Korean work-eligible visa. Artists will be featured in the e-book 'CICA Art Now 2027'.

Requirements

Must obtain a valid Korean visa that allows employment (e.g., Working Holiday H-1, Student D-2). Expected to work 14 hours per week. Submission of 10 JPGs, 3 links, CV, and statement required.
