About the Open Call

The Cavendish Arts Science Fellowship supports artists in experimenting, decentring and re-imagining beyond conventional artistic and scientific boundaries. Fellows engage with physicists and other researchers to develop thought-provoking ideas and work-in-progress. The fellowship includes a flexible residency in Cambridge of at least six months, with rent-free accommodation at Girton College and access to studio space. Applications are open to international artists across all disciplines who are out of full-time education.

What is Offered

10,000 GBP stipend, 10,000 GBP production budget, up to 3,000 GBP travel budget, rent-free accommodation, meals at Girton College, and creative workspace.

Requirements

Applicants must be over 18, out of full-time education by the start of the fellowship, and willing to travel to Cambridge.
