Culture Moves Europe
The 'Call for individual mobility 2025-2026' is open to artists and cultural professionals aged 18 or older, legally residing in one of the Creative Europe countries. Applicants can be individuals or groups of up to 5 people, active in sectors such as architecture, cultural heritage, design and fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, and visual arts, with no specific level of experience required. The grant offers a daily allowance, travel allowance, and various top-ups including for green mobility, outermost regions, family, visa, and accessibility support. Applicants must propose one artistic or cultural project to be carried out in another Creative Europe country with the support of an international partner, fulfilling at least two objectives: to learn, to create, to explore, or to connect. Required supporting documents include official national identification, proof of legal residence, a short CV, an artistic and creative portfolio, and a letter of invitation from the international partner. Applications are processed on a rolling basis with monthly deadlines until 30 April 2026.
Daily allowance of 85€ per day of project implementation. Travel allowance of 400€ for distances under 5,000 km, or 800€ for distances 5,000 km or more. Additional top-ups include: Green mobility (400€), Outermost regions (175€), Family (200€ per child), Visa (120€). Accessibility support provides 30€ per day of project implementation, or actual cost/fixed allowance for personal assistance/sign language interpretation.
Applicants must be artists or cultural professionals residing legally in one of the Creative Europe countries, aged 18 or older. They must propose one artistic or cultural project to be carried out in another Creative Europe country, supported by an international partner. Applicants must create an account on the Goethe-Application Portal, register as an 'individual' (even for groups), and select 'Culture Moves Europe funding' and then 'call for individual mobility.' The application form must be completed in English, and online translation tools are permitted. After completing and saving the draft, applicants must submit their final application. All applicants are advised to carefully read the call document before applying.
