About the Open Call

Gifts of Art brings the world of art and music to Michigan Medicine at the University of Michigan. Our nine 2-D and 3-D galleries throughout the medical center are viewed by thousands of people each day and display over 30 exhibits per year. The program aims to support the healing process by calming nerves, lifting spirits, engaging minds and reducing the stress and anxiety often associated with healthcare settings.

What is Offered

Opportunity to exhibit artwork in nine 2-D and 3-D galleries at Michigan Medicine for the 2026-2027 exhibition year.

Requirements

Original artwork only; provide enough artwork to fill an entire gallery site; artists responsible for delivery and shipping costs.

How to Apply

Submit through the Submittable platform by uploading the required number of images (minimum 20 for individuals, 30 for groups) and a brief description of the proposed exhibit.
