Paradise Center for the Arts
Paradise Center for the Arts is seeking submissions for a group exhibition titled 'The Art of Healing and Recovery.' The show features individuals of all artistic abilities whose creative work has played a pivotal role in their healing from addiction, mental illness, grief, loss, and trauma. Visual artwork will be displayed in three galleries, while literary and musical artists are invited to perform live during the opening reception.
Exhibition in three galleries (Carlander Family, Lois Vranesh Boardroom, and K&M Gallery), marketing and promotion, live performance opportunity, and 65% artist commission on sales.
Open to artists of all abilities whose work relates to healing and recovery. Visual submissions require 4-6 images. Performance submissions (literary and music) require availability for the reception on February 27, 2026. Artist statement must reflect the recovery journey.
Submit work via email to Char@paradisecenterforthearts.org. Include 4-6 images of your artwork (JPEG format, total under 20MB) with specific file naming conventions, an artist statement describing your recovery journey and the role of art in it, and an image list with sizes, mediums, and prices (or NFS).
