About the Open Call

The Volt-Age Exhibition is a showcase of student creativity inspired by the clean energy transition. The theme 'Advancing electrification for shared prosperity' explores how art can illuminate the path to a sustainable and equitable future. The program invites artistic creations in all mediums—including visual arts, performance, and digital media—that connect with the concepts of electrification and decarbonization. The exhibition will take place during the 2026 Volt-Age Summit in Montreal.

What is Offered

An honorarium of $500 per artistic creation is awarded, with potential financial support available for installation and production costs.

Requirements

Open to all current Concordia University students (undergraduates, masters, and PhD). Proposals are welcome from individual artists and collectives. Projects must be completed before the May 2026 exhibition date.

How to Apply

The deadline for proposal submissions has now passed. Previously, applicants were required to submit a proposal form in French or English indicating their preferred physical space and project details.
