BRIC
The residency offers 80 hours of access to BRIC’s community media studios and editing suites, a $2500 stipend, 20 hours of one-on-one production support, and curatorial consultations. Residents will have the opportunity to participate in a collaborative cohort, receive peer advising, and showcase their completed work at a public screening. The program is specifically designed for NYC-based creatives interested in exploring video and audio as distinct mediums or in an interdisciplinary approach.

Must be an NYC-based creative, 18+ years old, not currently enrolled in an educational institution, and not a previous BRIClab: Video Art resident or BRIC Media Arts Fellow. Must be willing to become a certified community producer, enroll in at least three classes, and participate in the final screening event in Fall 2026.
