About the Open Call

Created in 2016, the festival celebrates the intersection of movement and image. It challenges the boundaries of contemporary expression through the selection and presentation of artistic projects in video format. The 2026 event features screenings, awards across 10 categories, and residencies for winners, providing a territory for artistic innovation and dialogue between disciplines.

What is Offered

Awards include cash prizes (Best Videodance 500€, Best Choreography 200€, etc.), artistic residencies at Zero Box Lodge (Porto) and Arte Total (Braga), and additional screenings.

Requirements

Open to creators of any nationality. Projects must be videodance works up to 20 minutes where image and movement maintain an artistic dialogue. Stage footage, music videos, and documentaries are not accepted. Files must be MP4/MOV, H.264 format.
