About the Open Call

Self-Directed Residencies last one week and are a self-funded route for practitioners in visual art, craft & design, music, literature and performance. Practitioners should be able to demonstrate at least three years of active practice. Applications are welcome from practitioners based in the UK and Europe. This form can be used to apply for Self-Directed Residencies at Sweeney's Bothy, Grinneabhat or both locations (N.B. successful applicants will only be offered one residency week at one location).

What is Offered

A one-week self-directed residency at either Sweeney's Bothy or Grinneabhat.

Requirements

Practitioners must demonstrate at least three years of active practice in visual art, craft & design, music, literature, or performance. Applicants must be based in the UK or Europe.

Applications must be submitted through the provided Google Form. Applicants can apply for one or both locations.
