Fellows join a community of artists and culture workers from a broad range of disciplines. The program involves participating in education and enrichment programs, curatorial planning, and gaining insight into the back-end operations of arts institutions. Two cohorts are available in 2026: May 21 – September 3 and July 23 – November 5.

Fellows must commit to 15 weeks of living on campus and contribute an average of 10 hours per week to Bethany program development, including tasks like camp help, administrative support, and kitchen duties. Each fellow must also design and present one free public program.
