Bellevue Arts Museum
The 2026 Bellevue Arts Fair is an award-winning marketplace for modern and traditional handmade art and crafts. Produced as part of a larger weekend of community programs, the fair attracts over 150,000 visitors. Exhibiting artists benefit from robust marketing across multiple media channels, visibility in galleries, social media toolkits, and eligibility for the Award of Excellence. The event includes artist amenities and a reception. Detailed rules govern the authenticity of work, booth setup standards, and limited reproduction sales.
The fair offers massive visitor reach, marketing through TV, radio, and social media, artist spotlights, amenities, a dedicated artist reception, and the potential to receive an Award of Excellence.
Artwork must be handmade, authentic, and produced by or under the direction of the artist. Artists must personally attend their booth for the duration of the fair. Sales are retained by the artist, who is responsible for Washington state sales tax and securing a UBI number. Reproductions are limited to 15% of the display area and must be signed and numbered in editions of no more than 250. All booth materials must be flame-resistant.
Interested artists must apply via the ZAPP platform by submitting five digital images: four images of individual works and one booth shot representing the quality of display. A non-refundable $55 application fee is required.
