About the Open Call

Being Human invites photographers to examine how human presence manifests in diverse cultural contexts. The focus is on everyday situations where identity is formed and expressed. Within cultural differences, human behaviour reveals points of commonality. We are looking for work showing how daily life unfolds in distinct environments while maintaining familiar patterns. This open call seeks images that depict human conditions with empathy and attention. The aim is to demonstrate how equality can be discovered through lived experience. We invite you to submit photographs that engage with cultural identity, social frameworks, or personal environments, including both portraits and images that explore environmental spaces.

What is Offered

Selected artists gain the opportunity to be featured in curated online exhibitions, showcased on the exclusive Featured Submissions page, published in upcoming issues of the online digital magazine, and may be invited for an interview.

Requirements

Applicants must become members of Artdoc Photography Magazine to submit work.
